In 2007 ,BSP (PROF) JOH SEER@LOUDIN J received a revelation where God revealed to him about the coming move of the Holy Spirit in Asia and around the world.He was then commissioned to restore the Five fold ministry,
especially the ministry of an Apostle & Prophet to the body of Christ.He was also commissioned to establish
the Episcopal Bishopric order of Priesthood,the Melchizedek order.Thus WBCF WORLDWIDE was borne in 2019 which base it secretariat office in Thailand,Today ,WBCF & AOC is a vibrant Episcopal synod being well established worldwide with communion,fellowship and affiliates in many countries.
In 2026 ,the ECUMENICAL FEDERATION OF ANGLICAN & ORTHODOX CHURCHES OF INDIA has installed him as a Primate & Chief Hierarch within this Federation and was given the title name as :
